Jobs Responsibility/Description

Experienced in T-shirt production especially in children?s weare with large volume for at least 8-10 years experience in multinational setting. Demonstrated competence in quality assurance and quality control system for large scale T-shirt manufacturer.
Experience working in 100% foreign owned T-shirt manufacturer handling foreign buyer quality inspectors and experience in handling global brands such as Carter?s, Children?s Place, GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Uniqlo, Ann Taylor, JJill, A&F, etc.
Pro-actively assist in the operational activities in production follow up, fabric development, sample development, etc.
Provide leadership handling multiple accounts and lead a team of merchandising team for effective communication and coordination with buyers for all product requirement and effectively relay the same to all concerned department/section.
Complete the necessary documentations, filing and reportorial requirements in timely basis.
Technically adept in garment manufacturing to review and provide technical guidance to factory management for cost effectiveness and efficiency. Effectively follow up QC files and other documentations per buyer per style. Ensure completeness of style QC documentation at all times.
Initiate to identify quality defects from production processes in accordance with buyer requirement on styling, hand-feel, folding, packing, etc.
Assist in any merchandising activities

Jobs Experience

At least 8-10 years above experience
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments production, Merchandising, Quality Control & Quality in T-shirt Factory
