Jobs Responsibility/Description

Experienced in T-shirt production with large volume for at least 3-5 years experience in multinational setting. Demonstrated competence in quality assurance and quality control system for large scale T-shirt manufacturer.
Experience working in 100% foreign owned T-shirt manufacturer handling foreign buyer quality inspectors and experience in handling global brands such as GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy,
Uniqlo, Ann Taylor, JJill, A&F, etc.
Pro-actively assist in the operational activities in production follow up, fabric development, sample development, etc.
Effective communication and coordination of product requirement to all concerned department/section.
Complete the necessary documentations, filing and reportorial requirements in timely basis.
Review and follow up QC files and other documentations per buyer per style. Ensure completeness of style QC documentation at all times.
Initiate to identify quality defects from production processes in accordance with buyer requirement on styling, hand-feel, folding, packing, etc.
Assist in any merchandising activities
