Jobs Responsibility/Description

Experienced and technical know-how to mix washing chemicals, washing technique to achieve buyer requirement on hand-feel, softness, texture of after washed sweater.
Experienced in Sweater production with large volume for at least 5-6 years.
At least high school graduate or vocational graduate in any technical field
Knowledgeable on how to make packing plan, packing assortment in accordance with P.O. per style.
Technical know-how on improving quality in the line
Knowledgeable and experience how to handle buyer QCs.
Knowledgeable and technical know-how on T-shirt defects identification.
Technical know-how on setting up sewing machines tension and other technique to improve productivity.
Finished goods and Shipment plan monitoring
Monitoring the total output of the day.
Recommend any improvement as necessary.
