Jobs Responsibility/Description

Understand to buyer TP /Design Sheet.
Provide technical support to Merchandising, Design Team, factories, overseas designers, and vendors and advice factory technical team for the correction sample accordingly, upon receipt of the samples, check measurement, quality and technical facts.
Evaluate sample workmanship, quality, construction and consumption.
Maintain liaison with internal technical team on a day-to-day basis for obtaining approval on pre-production and production samples to a commercial standard as specified by the buyers.
Attend pre-production meetings, providing the technical input (such as machinery, attachment availability, product quality, sewing techniques, bottleneck elimination etc.), foreseeing and taking preventive steps to avoid potential production problems. If necessary, need to visit factory for samples technical issue.
Keep record all necessary samples at conference room and assist Merchandising team for sample checking, sample yarn distribution / Packing.
Review all relevant processes and suggest improvements to continuously enhance the processes in the sample room.

Educaional Qualification

At least high school graduate or vocational graduate in any technical field.
Skills Required: T-Shirt Factory
Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer.

Jobs Experience

At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):5 years of experience on similar field of large T-shirt Factory
Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 5-6 years.

Additional Requirements

Age 30 to 55 years
Males/Females are allowed to apply.
Fluent in speaking Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer.
