Jobs Responsibility/Description
- Implementing credit administration initiatives across all branches of the Bank.
- Ensuring proper security documentation as per approval.
- Ensuring safe storage of security documentation as per Bank Policy.
- Carrying out periodic review of documentation as stipulated in sanction and as per Bank Policy.
- Ensuring proper documentation and approvals prior to the disbursements of loan facilities.
- Ensuring proper communication with other departments/ divisions of the Bank regarding issues related to loan administration.
- Making valuation of collateral security periodically as per policy and properly insured as per approval and CRM policy Guideline.
- Posting limit input and disbursement and other transactions in Bank?s CBS as per approval and on checking whether approval according to delegation of authority.
- Ensuring proper system in place for periodic review and checking of records of transaction in Bank CBS.
- Administrating loan section for all branches in place through arranging & facilitating proper training and maintaining regular communication & periodic branch visit.
- Working as an intermediary between branches and delegated approval authorities of the Bank.
- Maintaining loan classification status in Bank?s CBS properly.
- Monitoring of credit portfolio and processing of data accordingly.
Educaional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in an academic career.
- Law background will get preference.
Jobs Experience
Additional Requirements
- 3-10 Years? experience in Bank
- Sound knowledge on MS Package ? Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Must have customer focused attitude.
- Should be dedicated and career focused.
- Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
- Well aware of Bangladesh Bank credit circulars and related laws of the land
