Relationship Officer - Retail Banking (Officer - FAVP)

Jobs Responsibility/Description
  • Ensuring growth on retail business (Asset/Liability/Cards) volume and managing overall business to ensure profitability
  • Carrying out research and building competitive intelligence to improve growth, profitability and customer retention for all branches
  • Analyzing retail banking portfolio and achievements of the branch
  • Responsible for supervising retail banking business and implementing a strategic plan for building a successful retail banking revenue system.
  • Achieve periodic Sales target as set by the competent authority of the Bank.
  • Segmenting the market and focus on target customers as per policy of the Bank
  • Managing strong relationship with concern branch to promote retail products among existing clients of the Bank.
  • Launching of Campaigns at Corporate houses for marketing/Sales of retail products.
  • Ensuring cross selling of products of the bank in order to increase market share & clientele of the Bank
  • Analyzing competitor?s products & designing new products as per requirement of the market
  • Taking initiatives for accumulating discount partners and performing the process of agreement
  • Holding regular meeting with team members, line manager about the progress and discussing issue and preparing a performance report
  • Managing to prepare a daily, monthly retail business report for the management and to assist them to fix strategic plan
  • Directing or conducting management studies, preparing workload and budget estimates for specified or assigned operations
  • Capable to manage strong relationship with the concern branch official to get the business from the Branch.
Educaional Qualification
  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career.
Jobs Experience
  • 3 to 8 Years? experience in Bank.

  • Sound knowledge on MS Package ? Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Must have customer focused attitude.
  • Should be dedicated and career focused.
  • Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
