Jobs Responsibility/Description
- Manage Medium/Cottage/Micro/Small Enterprise credit portfolio of the Bank at Head office.
- Processing Credit proposal through Identifying potential/inherent risks and non-compliance if any and justifying credit requirement etc. associated with the Medium/Cottage/Micro/ Small Enterpriser Customers and take necessary steps to mitigate the same.
- Conduct official visit to the customers as and when required by the management
- Placing full-fledged credit proposal before Competent Authority of the bank.
- Liaise with Bangladesh Bank, Schedule bank, NBFI and other bi/multilateral organization in executing different agenda of the bank.
- Prepare/assist in preparing different policy/guideline of the bank in connection with SME related activities.
- Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
Educaional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business Background) having no 3rd class in academic career.
Jobs Experience
- 3-8 years? experience in Bank including at least 02 to 05 years? experience in relevant field.
Additional Requirements
- Sound Knowledge in different credit Rules & Regulation and Compliances of Central Bank.
- Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
- Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
- Candidates having professional degree will be given preference.
- Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge on MS Package ? Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
- Should be dedicated and career focused.
