Jobs Responsibility/Description
- To maintain and acquire priority banking customer through effective relationship management;
- To inform customers (Including prospective customers) with full information about MMBLs consumer & priority banking products;
- To be responsible for all service issues in priority banking and to ensure that all priority banking customers are receiving priority banking privileges;
- Handling of customer complaints (if any).
- To provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- To achieve defined targets of priority banking in terms of no. of customers acquired, volumes and revenue increased.
- To update & maintain all priority banking MIS (contact number, prospective customer list, attrition, business acquired etc.)
- Any other roles and responsibilities as and when required by the Management.
Educaional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career
Jobs Experience
- 3-8 Years? experience in Bank.
Additional Requirements
- Fresh Candidates need not to apply.

- Sound knowledge on MS Office Package ? Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Must have customer focused attitude.
- Should be dedicated and career focused.
