Jobs Responsibility/Description
- Shall conduct Customer Relationship Management in coordination with RMS at Branch level along with Relationship Officers (ROs) of BDMD;
- Shall help branches expand their credit and trade fianc?s so as to achieve annual credit and trade finance target through procurement of new business, optimal utilization of existing customer potentials, and limits;
- Shall diversify Corporate Loan Portfolio and to maintain the portfolio at an acceptable risk level;
- Shall assist the Branches to implement different corporate loan products, collect ideas at regular interval for re-engineering of existing loan products so to attract new business opportunities;
- Shall monitor Branch performance on periodical basis and prepare reports to ensure that the quality of corporate assets is in place;
- Coordinating with Credit Risk Management Division, Credit Administration Department and Recovery Department for execution of their decisions.
- Shall correspond with Bangladesh Bank regarding CIB, Large Loan Approval and other compliances related to syndicated Loan and Corporate Clients;
- Shall participate in the syndication/Bridge financing offered by other Banks/FIs if the project is found economically and financially suitable and prepare paper for Head Office Credit Committee/Memo for the EC/Board for Approval;
Educaional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career.
Jobs Experience
- 3-12 Years? experience in Bank.
