Jobs Responsibility/Description
- Analyze and evaluate of loan proposals as per bank?s lending guidelines, internal policies and procedure and regulations with expertise and essential documents with due diligence.
- Evaluating credit worthiness of prospective clients and projects.
- Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements of different businesses in diverse industries.
- Review of loan documents and ensuring sufficient security proposition and accurate documentation against the credit granted.
- Ensuring CIB and relevant legal and statutory compliance.
- Prospective client visits and risk assessment of prospective customers.
- Preparation and review of credit appraisal reports and approval of loan facilities.
- Responsible for quality of loan portfolio for the responsible products, segments and regions.
- Preparation of credit proposals and recommend appropriate debt-structure for approval
- Preparation and timely submission of all kinds of related statement to the concerned authorities.
- Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank
Educaional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business Background) having no 3rd class in academic career.
Jobs Experience
- 3-8 years? experience in Bank including at least 02 to 05 years? experience in relevant field.
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge in the management of core risks, credit risk analysis and administration complying with credit policy guidelines of the Bank.
- Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets in particular ICRRS.
- Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
- Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
- Candidates having professional degree will be given preference.
- Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge on MS Package ? Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
- Should be dedicated and career focused.
