Jobs Responsibility/Description
- Formulate/Update policy, process and procedure of the Bank in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Correspond with different local & foreign banks to establish RMA relation, Nostro A/C, Credit line & other issues.
- Correspond and maintain liaison with Bangladesh Bank for new AD licenses for non-AD branches of the Bank.
- Manage SWIFT RMA Arrangement with Foreign and Local banks.
- Correspondence with Bangladesh Bank and branches for Substitute Cash Incentives/Cash Subsidy/Duty Drawback and EDF.
- Achieving Foreign Exchange business target of branches through limit utilization of existing customers as well as new business booking.
- Maintain Correspondence Relation with SWIFT Head Quarter.
- Provide support to the AD branches for all types of technical problem regarding SWIFT.
- Monitor business operations of the Offshore Banking Unit.
- Monitor fund requisition under Off-Shore Banking Unit.
- Sign MOU/Agreement with New Exchange companies for enhancement of remittance business.
- Hunt for new tie-up as principal Agents.
- Monitor all the branches for increase remittance business.
- Any other job/instruction as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.
Educaional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university having no 3rd class in his / her academic career.
Jobs Experience
Additional Requirements
- At least 12-16 years ?experience in Bank or related field.
- Experience in related filed will be given preference.
- Able to handle highly complex operating environments.
- Strong decision-making, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
